St David's works closely with St Joseph's High School to ensure our Y6 children have a smooth transition into Y7. See the link below for St Joseph's Transition Plans. The high school visit us many times during the summer term to meet with parents and children to offer advice and answer any questions you have. Dates for transition events will be posted soon. Miss James also offers a transition club for extra support.
